- Supervised crew of drinking water operators in day-to-day maintenance and capital upgrade projects throughout a water system of almost 40,000 customers
- Led the transition from paper to digital records utilizing the Esri ArcGIS mobile systems for asset management, hydrant flushing programs and hydraulic modeling calibrations
- Worked with customers, design firms, municipalities, regulators and contractors to facilitate water main extensions, system designs, meter installations, and emergency response
- Assisted in the budgeting and planning of operational and capital expenditures on a monthly basis
- Facilitated the rollout of an aggressive aged meter replacement program and cross connection policy

- Specialized in sales and support of drinking water and wastewater process equipment, specifically in pumping, process equipment, chemical feed, and aeration technologies

- Developed and evaluated hydraulic and hydrologic models in WaterCAD/WaterGEMS, InfoWater and HydroCAD
